Basic fundamental training for 5 months and up. 7 week

Majors Class
This is for the advanced handlers and dogs who would like to continue training, Enhance bonding and team.

INTERNATIONAL DOG TRAINING SCHOOL – Gold Coast Dog Training Classes
Is committed to promoting responsible dog ownership. The school has been operating on the Gold Coast for 23 years and is continuing to grow in popularity. Inclusive from February to November, weekly classes are held Saturday and Sunday mornings at Benowa State Primary School, Benowa Road, Benowa and Burleigh Waters on Saturday Afternoons.
We pride ourselves on the level of expertise of our instructors who are trained in all the modern effective positive training techniques. Our team of instructors bring with them a wealth of knowledge to assist you in training your dog as well as having expert advice for your behaviour concerns.
All have successfully trialed dogs at competition level and are members of the Canine Control Council and Association of Pet Dog Trainers (A.P.D.T.)
Our instructors regularly volunteer their free time to teaching community dogs, Story Dogs volunteers and assessors, as well as mental health Therapy and Aged companion experienced. GENUINE love for dogs and the people who care for them.
Classes are conducted using gentle, positive training techniques. The individual needs of our canine students are optimum with our instructors who use a variety of motivational training methods to ensure that your dog can reach its full potential. We understand there are SO many ways to teach the same thing, our methods are what works for you and your dog.
Graduations are held to check the progress of both dogs and their handlers. Our courses are adapted to meet the needs and requirements of our handlers and the dogs they train. Our classes focus on establishing rapport between you and your dog, and enriching lives.
Once you complete the Basic “MINORS COURSE we offer a number of options you and your canine companion can explore to extend and enhance your training and teamwork.
We aim to make your training classes with us a fun and enjoyable experience for both you and your dog.
We also offer special classes for advanced training, behaviour and enrichment, Plus private in-home options.
